Panasonic PT-LCX35 Panason Corporation of North America One Panasonic Way Secaucus, NJ Secaucus, Ne US Panasonic.com Like many other consumers I have purchased a product from Panasonic Corporation, and cannot get a straight answer from their experts at consumer services. I guess they are in denial and just can't admit that they have a problem with no clear solution. I am not an electrical engineer, but I can determine that my unit has a faulty something or other that after it warms up for a couple of minutes it fails to do it job, therefore the TV screen develops red vertical lines all across the screen.
