The Worst Customer Service

Email Forwarding Service Mail.com not shown on website not shown on website, no not shown US www.mail.com If anyone has a forwarding email address from mail.com, it has the most retarded customer service ever. To contact them for ANY reason you write to them through their contact us page - which I get is normal. Annoying they don't reveal a phone number, but fine. You just select your problem category, type the issue in the text field, and hit submit. It takes forever for them to get back to you, and when they ask for a response (ie: more information) to resolve your problem for you, the reply-address bounces back ALL THE TIME. The message says "the mailbox you're responding to doesn't receive mail, please write to the other email address that you previously wrote to." To which there is none, since the complaint wasn't emailed in but entered on their website. I've asked them 3 times how to resolve this, and they don't answer the questions. I tried to get my password back since their forgot-password function doesn't always work for customers who signed up before they had security questions (so of course, we'd fail the verfication.) I wanted another way to log in, and they'd say "Give us our name, DOB, etc.." and whenever I respond, the email bounces back. When I ask WHERE ELSE should I reply to, they never answer the question but continue to ask me for the same name/dob, etc. ignoring my complaint that the email address I reply to DOES NOT WORK. This is retarded. It's like they try to be helpful, yet either don't read the message, or plainly ignore the problem. And since there's no other way to contact them, it's purely 1-way communication. Don't be fooled by their professional looking website, their customer service is beyond retarded. The hilarity of it all is I'm just trying to log in so I can update my credit card so I can PAY them for subscription renewal. Perhaps I should rethink this.
