Penfield & Smith Engineers are SNAKES

We made copies of their blueprints for years. On time, good quality, best priced in town. When it came down to paying their 7,000.00 bill, they flat out said, "Sorry, this is too old. We are not paying this. All of our clients have gone bankrupt.Who are we supposed to bill?". We have been trying to collect this money since Nov.2007'. We have signature copies of all the invoices.
