Over charged

I got the sample shipment for $1.00 shipping and handling. I did not authorize anything more than the $1.00 shipping and handling fee. Without my authorization, they deduction an additional $89.00 from my account. I couldn't get the number to call the customer service number; my bank did. After 30 minutes wait, I took the number to call them myself. I also waited 30 minutes with no human contact. I called again and cancelled all future shipments. They gave an internet address to check status or email customer service. The internet address was a boiler generic web site to order more, and different, products. I never reached any human operator to settle my account.
