Huntington Dr. Ste. 205 Monrovia, Ca 91016 US www.greendot.com Let me count the failures. 1) couldnt buy GreenDot with creditcard at cvs. Had to use cash $104.95 2) couldnt register card 3) card said everywhere where visa/mc accepted LIE. 4) had to purchase card to read agreement. 5) first attempt to get to agent and not computer took 35 minutes. 6) Agent in Philipines and barely spoke English. 7) Agent didn't know company address, telephone until I asked to speak to supervisor. 8) Agent still didn't transfer to supervisor 9) Agent said please hold 1-2 minutes. Took nearly 14 minutes. 10) told 7-10 days to get my money back? 11) 14 days later still no money. 12) Agent transfered me to line that says nobody is available. Time is 2pm on Thursday. Call disconnects. 13) Supervisor says I have to wait for other department be back in Monday. 14) Now 18 days since requested refund. Supervisor discovers that address is incorrect. The dept that is never opened is not in right now. Supervisor promises a call back next day. 15) No call back. 16) Day 20. Supervisor is on her "rest day". No other supervisors in office. 17) Current useless turd on phone calls me by wrong name 10 times giving me generic excuses that everything is being settled 18) Turd doesnt know what the issue is. 20) Turd says they remember me calling yesterday. (I didn't) 21) Turd says supervisor will leave message to call me back. Tired of dealing with Turd. 22) Thank god. Turd didn't call but no call from supervisor either. 23) Find corporate phone number. Transfer to answering machine. 24) Day 28. Call corporate again get press correspondant. Get transfered to customer service in Guatemala. More turdiness. 25) Day 29. Call corporate again. Ask for COO. Get secretary she transfers me to that useless answering machine again. 26) Day 30. After spending twelve days now, just trying to get access to what even greendot lists on their automated voice site, their website and what 16 supervisors have told me personally. Every day, they end up with the same answer time after time and after a series of varied stories. Everyday, they end the call with, by the next business day, we promise. Well enough is enough. My lawyer filed a fourteen page class action law suit and we encourage others to join us. Contact Jim Krumley at 727-623-0327 to join the class action or give your story to our Bay News Nine Investigative Reporter Cindy Nance who is breaking the story tomorrow on Bay News Nine at noon by calling 727-510-5537. In the class action, all of the company executives are named personally as well as many of the 16 supervisors who have lied, distorted, mislead and otherwise defrauded myself and many others. I won't even get into the levels of incompetence of the customer service agents. I have all 37 of my calls recorded on my end, many with my lawyer present. It will be a shut and closed case when the lawsuit is officially filed at 3pm tomorrow. Funny thing is, Bay News 9 isn't waiting to break the story because they want more to join the lawsuit. Greendot is not a business, it is a scam of practices that do not comply with GAAP, and simply defrauds people. Well wrong person to try and defraud. I have four Premiere Accounts, all of which I intend on closing when I receive the "AVAILABLE BALANCE" showing my account right now. I have recorded calls, screen shots over the last thirteen days, all the lies. I have it all and the vast incompetency on video, phone, email and snapshots. Greendot, the only way I will call off this monster, or not fund it anyway, is for you to release my money, that is mine, mine, mine, mine, mine, not yours immediately. If by 11am it is not resolved, the twelve noon story will air and the 3pm lawsuit will be filed. CLEAN UP YOUR BUINESSS NOW OR SUFFER THROUGH THE WRATH of what is to come. You people should be ashamed of yourselves. How do you sleep at night. I experienced a very similar situation. We booked a cruise and the bank charged the account twice and the almost 1000 set pending for a week. With the number you provided I was able to get the funds reversed (we will see in the morning) and received a 20 credit from the company.
