US Guardian Furniture Protection 9-9-2009 Aisha from the service department was very rude and hung up the phone on me when I was trying to find info on my claim. I was told that if I refuse the service from the tech that they sent out I will void my claim, the issue is the tech they sent out looked like he was just released from jail and I am a small woman at home by myself. The customer service reps spoke over me and then just hung up.
