I have filed a complaint with the Pennsylvania State Attorney Generals office, and I plan on pursuing legal action against Ms. Ketchum and her business for internet fraud and fraudulent business practices, I advise anyone who has ever had a problem with this business to do the same. This woman does not live up to her promises, I ordered the product and it was never delivered.
