Claytoppers Nightmare

I ordered my claytopper back in May and at the start heard form Tasha (the lady who runs it) via email and telephone, however over the last 4 weeks I have not heard anything.

On the website it clearly states that the topper will be with you at least 4 weeks before the big day! Well I get marride in two weeks and still nothing!!! Both me and my partner have phoned every other day for the last week and left messages and she has not bothered to reply! (just a little stressed now :-S)

So who knows it if I will have a bride and groom for my cake.....???

I have just had this page brought to my attention.

I am very sorry if anyone was panicked or inconvenienced during what was a very difficult time but would like to point out that I have never left an order unfulfilled, and I never would!

Of course I take complaints very seriously but I enjoy what I do and am proud of the work which goes in to each and every topper and I know that my clients will agree that the toppers themselves are of a very high standard.

Got an absolute bargain, paid far less than other cake topper companies were quoting. My mini me's arrived this morning, get married nov 30th. Already ordered another for my parents anniversary and my christmas cake lol THANK YOU for such a fabulous service Tasha xx

Mine just arrived from claytoppers too. my weddings not until december so plenty of time, they are sooo cute as well. love them. would defo use again

I just got mine from claytoppers too. I just went on the website to leave her positive feedback (I love it!!) and it does say there that they've been having problems with messages getting through so thats probably the reason.
