Cheating by

Dear Sir,

I was invited in Cambay office Navi Mumbai and stated I got 3 days and 2 nights package free in Cambay property on 11 Jun 09. Followed by a presentation where I briefed by Mr, Ratish and Mr Sanjeet Moulik. I was told many attractive feature few of which are

1 I can avail water park facilities day time free of cost at Lonawla and same will shortly be available in Mumbai. (Tie up is in process)

2 We can buy back your membership in same amount anytime in which I joined the administration charges will be deducted (appox 10000\-)

3 I was told that membership can be extended on expiry by just paying the admin charges.

This offer which I was offered is valid for today only, if I will come tomorrow then corporate rate will be applicable, so decide now only, I was told like this.

4 I asked Mr. Sanjeet Moulk verbally and by sending the mail, to Mr. Dsouza about visit to water park if possible on 7 Jul 09 mail id mumbai.rsm AT cambayholidays.com & vmchembur AT cambayholidays.com ) none of them come up with any answer to this mail. Again 0n 18 Aug I requested for day time visit to Goregaon for 23 Aug 09, which Mr Sanjeet Maulik promised but ended in excuses.

5 When I contacted your Gandhinagar office I contacted Ms Riti and Ms Shushmita, she told me nothing is true about it, Then I send them mail, asked the clarification about the same from corporate office by send the mail to " mrd.am AT cambayholidays.com, and CC to, info AT cambayholidays.com on 30 July 09,but even corporate office has also not replied my query since then I was in state of shock what was the need to say so much lie. Still I cannot understand why these unfair practices are being followed to short term gain where the customer loses his faith in beginning itself. More shocking the managers level person Like Mr, Sanjeet don’t know or not well trained or deliberately telling lie.

6. There are many other hidden charges which were never told or hinted any time.

7 I kindly request you enquire the matter in depth and I shall cooperate fully I can come in your Mumbai office if need arises or you feel so? All the mails, communication so for done will be made available on request

I am felling being cheated, and I wish these unfair practices to be ceased hence forth. My total amount to be refunded at the earliest. I seek your advice how I can contribute to check these unethical business as a consumer.
