Bogus Free Delivery

I ordered a bed from this company and they promised free delivery. The item arrived with only one man and he could not remove it from the truck. My wife was at home. They did not deliver then charged me $95 direct from my bank w/o notice and delivered the item - Damaged. I even had to help the driver carry it onto the porch (which I paid for). They would not carry it into the house because they claimed that their delivery was "curbside" only! There was never any mention of this policy when I ordered it online.
