Bogus Free Delivery

I ordered a bed from them and they boast free delivery. My wife was home to receive it and was told that they could only drop the 300+ pound item "at the curb". They sent only one man! They would not even take it off the truck because he couldn't move it himself. I was never told about this policy. They charged me $95 to re-deliver and I had to help the driver carry it ONTO THE PORCH! ITEM WAS ALSO DAMAGED!
