4 hour window

OK. How many of you are fed up with the 4 hour delivery window that they never meet? The cable guys are the worst but Home Depot gets my vote today. They were supposed to show up between 9-1 and they called at 12:55 to say they were on their way. Like I don't have anything better to do than sit around and wait for them to show up. Perhaps we start a revolution and say if you want my business you give me a 2 hour window and if you don't make it you give me a discount. This is insane, and we as a consumer take it. What ever happened to making a committment and keeping to it.......arrrrrrgh!
