nothing works properly

Since I ordered fios triple freedom package, I have had nothing but problems. From the installation to customer service they are the worst.My remotes don't work they freeze all the time as well as the picture on the T.V.You cannot change the channel it stays stuck on one channel.They also Lie about the price,my bill is now up to $183.00.I have three boxes,no sports channels.My sister has six boxes as well as DVR's and all sports channels and we pay the same price.What a gimmick.I tried to same money and they just got me in such a mess.Don't know how they get away with it especially when I am paying for something they promised and I don't get.I will report them to the BBB.I want out and I refuse to pay a termination fee.
