Illegal Pent House construction in Vijaya Sudaha Encalve, NTR Nagar

Hello All,

am owner of one of the flats in Vijaya Sudha Encalbe, a building constructed by pvt builder KSR Prasad. The builder have done poor quality construction and moreover he has constructed two pent houses which are illegel. he has old one pent house and he is staying in other one.

This is not building planning or even informed or took permission with any of the flat owners. this is a common property and he is misused the same. WE asked many times but he is rejected to take any action .

The Majority of occupants are retired and Senior Citizens who are facing lot hardships for non availability of open space and basic amenities like Water and Sewerage

System (which chokes up very often ).

In view of the above, we request your good self to kindly not to accept the BRS

Application or to regularize the structures as the structures are above 18 meters, there

Are no fire safety measures, and moreover the a case is pending against the illegal and

Unauthorized constructions.
