I contacted Dish Network about connecting new service in my home. I was initially addressed politely and greeted well. I asked a few questions concering billing information which lead the sale person to discuss some additional service fees that I did not agree with. I asked to speak to a supervisor to explain these costs. When the supervisor(Traci) began to speak with me he was initially polite as well. When he discovered that I simply disagreed with the cost structure for their quote Free DVR that has a monthly fee he became rude and condescending to which I allowed for some time as I finally got him to see that he was misunderstanding me and he still remained extremely hostile and had the nerve to want to transfer me back to the sales agent to get my information to contact me back for connecting service. Needless to say my wife and I will not be doing business with a company that does not care for the views of its customers even before they have become customers.
