Wood Rings of pathetic quality

I recently ordered a rather expensive wooden and silver ring from www.wood-rings.com. The ring started falling apart within hours of wearing it. The seller did not return any attempt at communication and I had to force the issue through Papyal to get a response. The seller refused to discuss warranty / repair options and continued ignoring me so I am left with a very expensive broken ring. AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Neither of our rings fit, even though we had been to a jeweler before placing our order to be sized. the owner, Alexandre Verdier, wanted us to pay close to $600 in order to exchange for the correct sizes. Ridiculous! He was unwilling to compromise despite my numerous attempts to come to some sort of mutual agreement. So much for our unique wedding bands! I would have loved to promote this company, instead I am warning you to avoid wood-rings.com !!!!
