Target Corp Collection Practices and Contact Info

Target Corp Collections continues to phone call and harass me even with a written "cease and desist" request. I am on a special hardship payment plan due to job loss, and I continue to receive multiple calls from INDIAN speaking representatives who don't speak English very well and are not aware of our customs. I PROTEST OUTSOURCING TO FOREIGN COUNTRIES!!! How dare you call me multiple times on a Sunday and again on a US Federal Holiday, fail to identify your full name and when I called back the number which called me, the recording said "a non-working number at Target Corp." WTF?? Unbelievable!!! I also filed a complaint with FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION.
