lousy repair service

I have a Fridge that no longer works, it has been like this for 10 days. I went to ask to have it fixed on the 29th of August. They told me they would come on Sunday,then i got a call that they didn't have the piece and would come in on Monday or Tuesday and would head to my home to fix the problem on those days. I waited Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday even till now they still haven't come to fix the problem. Now my food is spoiling and other things are still costing me money
