Poor response to complaint lodged with Haier India

Complaint number 10000185543 was lodged on 17/8/09. Technician came on 18/8/09 and said that he will return with defective part in 2-3 days. There is no response so far. 3 emails sent to the company have only elicited automatic reponse of the mails but no action in the field.
