Chase Bank Scam

I've ask everyone I can find who works for Chase Bank to give me the address and phone number of the person signing the solicitations Chase stuffs our mail box with but no one will reveal how to contact them. The names must be fictitious and the person nonexistent.

This last one offers a number of checks for us to complete which will charge the amount of the check to our chase credit card. Why would we not just use the damn card in the first place rather than use one of these checks? Or, just write a check on our checking account? What kind of scam is this?

I have written to B.F. Sauls II, CHEVY CHASE BANK, F.S.B.,

A Federal Savings Bank.

7926 Jones Branch Road,

McLean, Virginia 22101

on at least two occasions concerning this irritation and the scam stops for a while but then starts again.

We want our names removed from the sucker scam list but they continue to bomb our mail box with this trash.

I have also started receiving these checks, I feel the same way this gentleman does, but am also concerned that anyone could cash these check and leave me to clean up the mess. Please, take my name out the that computer that is generating the unwanted solicitations. I believe that we have the right to opt out of this situation.
