FABRIK/ SIMPLETECH PRODUCTS ARE GARBAGE

SIMPLETECH 500 FABRIK/ SIMPLETECH SANTA ANA, CA 92705 US I purchased a simpletech 500 external drive, transferred my documents into it and in 8 days the piece of trash died with all my important files. Although fabrik acknowledges the fault being a manufacturing defect they offer no solution. They have the worst customer service worldwide........worse than Time Warner! you are put on hold for over 2 hours and then no help is offered. Don't waste your money on any Fabrik/ Simpletech products they are garbage. I will make sure none of my friends ever buy or think about Fabrik/ Simpletech products. I will keep posting complaints on every complaint site until the company owns up to their sub standard products and improve their standards.
