Samsung AW10ECB7XAA Airconditioner

Samsung AW10ECB7XAA Air Conditioner has no drainage hole causing water to build up and mold to grow and spread inside the entire unit and the blown out the front of the unit into the air you breath.

Samsung has admitted it is a defect but won't recall, notify buyers, or replace the unit. I have a case with the BBB, but their only offer is to replace parts which WILL NOT get rid of all of the mold and black sludge.

Anyone having this air conditioner or a similar model should create a BBB ticket and get Samsung to replace it.

This is a huge health issue and the product should be recalled.
