No customer support or any support at all

I found NO CUSROMER service what so ever. They have a career opportunity offered on the web site as a loan officer and that they furnish all the leads you can handle. It also has a telephone number and email address to contact. After different effors to contact a Bruce for information, etc....he NEVER once responded.... If you expect customer service, I can only tell you I found none.

I don't even know who this is from. But I know that we have one of the most extensive support systems available on line. What we here most is that we give TOO MUCH information.

As to general support. We get hundreds of email per day. And do our best to answer each and everyone. I'm not going to say that we are perfect but we try.

I don't doubt that some are missed but one can always write again.

To whoever complained, please write again and we'll try to answer what ever the issues is.
