Here is 10 reasons why Newmark home should not be purchased.

Prior to purchasing the home, i had brought to their attention few of the items listed below that has not been resolved in over 45 days.

1) Hard wood floors â?? White paint on the floor was brought up prior to the closing to both Mark and Ralph. This has yet to be taken care of.

2) Brick under car porte is broken - 2 different areas at 2 different corners. Response from Newmark: "you must have broken it by running you car over it".

3) Shelf in the pantry is broken.. obviously when there was nothing on it, the shelf was not broken. But by adding items to the shelf should not cause it to break. NEWMARK response: "You put too much on the shelf to cause it to break"

4) Sheetrock problems in upstairs bedroom light fixture area in multiple room. Extremely piss poor work by the sheetrock and floaters. Sheetrocks are not aligned up flush to the adjacent sheets.

5) There is a hole on the patio ceiling near the master bedroom. Newmark response: we will not cover that

6) Tile grout near the entry has come off. Newmark response: "We dont see how that could have happened - we dont cover that"

7) Stains on Tile from construction will not come off - paint, stain or polyurathane from the stairs, bubble in one of the tiles in the breakfast room.

8) exterior brick on the master bedroom side never got washed/cleaned. Newmark to acid wash the brick.

9) Sprinker system has a leak! There is sand running to the street and constant standing water near the driveway. Additionally, mold has been forming due to the leak.

10) Driveway crack already with less than 45 days of home occupancy.
