Kentwood Springs Water

In July I ordered water and to rent cooler for my 82

year old Mother. She was not happy with the service,

the driver was not nice ,she said. So she called and

canceled the service. I get a Bill for 101.12 Budget

Plan Termination Fee? No where did I see anything

that said an unhappy customer would be forced to

keep the service or PAY. Now I am a very unhappy

and dissatisfied former customer. A.L.
