UPS

An order was placed through LINDT USA website as a gift, and was asked to ship to an address via UPS service. The package was shipped via UPS second day air by LINDT USA, and the delivery report says it has been dropped off at front door. But we never received it. Possibilities are either the package was dropped off at wrong address or the package was stolen from the Front Door, where UPS says they delivered.
