NYC Luxury Limousine Lack of Service

This limousine company was disastrous. First, I initially ordered a higher-end limousine which they gave to another client and did not adjust the price when they gave me a lower class limo. Second, the driver showed up 45 minutes to pick me up and when I contacted the company on my way to the hotel, they informed the driver not to take me to my destination unless I paid in cash. They already charged my cc. They returned me home and never refunded the money for the service even though they did not take me further than 5 minutes away from my house. I am in the process of taking this firm to court.
