An order was placed through LINDTUSA website as a gift, and was asked to ship to an address via UPS service. The package never reached the place, neither did LINDT take any action to correct the unfortunate occurrence even after calling. They sounded helpless! There have been other times when UPS orders reached the same address with out issues. Possibilities are either the package was dropped off at wrong address or the package was stolen from the Front Door, where UPS says they delivered. Either way, this was an unfortunate experience especially considering the fact that LINDT charged $35 for shipping and handling, more than 50% of the price of what was ordered.
