Budget Truck Rental No Show

I reserved a 24' truck from Budget at Taylor Rental in Port Jeff Station, NY to move my business.

The following day I received an e-mail confirmation AND a confirmation phone call. Two days later, I received another confirmation e-mail. THREE CONFIRMATIONS then 24 hours before the rental day, they called me to say there would be no truck available, not the one I reserved or any other one. I had already lined up moving men, closed the business in anticipation of the move, transferred my business lines, etc. Taylor rental could not have cared less about my dilemma and Budget sent me their "standard" apology letter and a couple of coupons. Luckily I was able to rent a truck from U Haul and move, no thanks to Budget or Taylor Rental.
