Lowe's credit center

I have had nothing but problems with their credit dept. My bill was always due on the 23rd of the month so I set up with my bank to auto pay on the 22nd. So I shouldn't have to open the bill every month right? If it was any other company I wouldn't then they switch my due day to the 19th and charge me a loate fee of 40.00 ontop of their outlandish svc charge of 27.29 and I'm still under an intrest free period. I think that switching the due date on me like that is wrong and imorale. I think I need to file a complaint with the state of CA. on this one. They don't even want you to pay your on time or this wouldn't happen.

Yes they charged me a $30.00 late fee for a $15.00 payment that was two days late They also told me all of my purchases would be delayed for interest payments for a year. I called and they said they would remove my late fee. That didn't happen. Now they have charged two more late fees.Bottom line I owe them $60.00 for a $35.00 purchase which I have paid them for..
