Consumers be aware!!

Scott Miller recently changed his company name from SMC Builders to Ikon Builders. If you choose to build with this gentleman, DO your homework. His contract is extremely vague. He tells you he doesn't put all of the included information in because "everything" is included and he knows what is in the price. But, if he is over budget, he will later inform you services are not included in the contract. Manually check your contract figures! Most likeley there is $40K+ which is not documented. He is not well organized and spent very little time on the job site. Be aware.....do your homework.....and get plenty of references! Best of Luck!
