Boycott HSN

Appx a month ago, I returned an item to these guys. It was defective. When they failed to give me back my money, I filed disputes with my credit card company. They stated if I did that, I wouldn't be able to order from them any more. Obviously, that is true - unfortunately they appear to flag the address, so anyone at this location cannot order anything from them anymore. I had heard these rumors about their business practices; and now I know they're true. So sad, they're being this way because I chose to protect myself using my consumer rights... Very poor way to run a business in this economy! All the manufacturers that they sell for should be made aware of this policy.
