T-Moble ripoff

T-Moble increased my flat rate per-minute charge for cell-phone usage by 650%. This was done without any notice that a change was taking place. T-Moble has refused to correct this bill. This is a crime and it seems to have happened to other customers at the same time. Be sure to examine your bill carfully because an unexpected increase of 650% is ridiculous.
