I BOOKED A FLIGHT FROM CHICAGO TO CANCUN IN MAY JUST BEFORE THE SWINE FLU OUTBREAK. MEXICANA OFFERED ME A ONE TIME CHANGE OF FLIGHT WITHOUT A FEE AFTER A LONG BATTLE THAT WAS VALID UNTIL DECEMBER 10TH. I JUST BOOKED A FLIGHT FOR THE FIRST WEEK IN DECEMBER AND WAS TOLD I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE IN FLIGHT COSTS WHICH WAS $241.96. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER AND WAS TOLD I COULD SPEAK TO HIM BUT IT WOULD BE A WAIST OF MY TIME BECAUSE THEY ARE A CORPORATION AND THE MANAGER CANNOT MAKE ANY DECISIONS. SOUNDS LIKE THEY ARE GOING TO MAKE THEIR CHANGE OF FLIGHT FEE ONE WAY OR ANOTHER. WILL NEVER FLY MEXICANA AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!
