Okay no year model etc, The manufacturer determines if a vehical will be bought back, So have you contacted Chrysler Canada? They are whom you need to speak. Also BBB and an Alberta government agency called AMVIC (Alberta Motor Industry Council) @ http://www.amvic.org/ and see how sharp the response is. Good Luck
