Complaint towards PayPal

To Whom It May Concern;

I set up a PayPal account which I was instructed that I had to give them my checking account information. I told them that I wanted to use my credit card as payment and did not want it taken out of my checking account and was told "no problem". I made a payment to purchase a camera and it was instantly taken out of my checking account and all contact has been met with NO resolution and the agent saying "they were sorry and there was nothing they could do".
