De'Longhi 60 Cup Coffee Urn De'Longhi Fox International Ltd., Inc. US I have a De'Longhi 60 Cup Coffee Urn, less than 10 years old. The stem for the pot was damaged. I tried to replace it, De'Longhi sent a lovely e-mail telling me the part is no longer available, and they cannot help me. Funny thing, they still sell the pot, and all the other parts are available for purchase!
