Management not fixing problems in apartment.

The management of the building I rent REFUSES to attend to minor fixtures needed in my apartment. I have been asking them since May to please attend to these things(walls are cracking and three of my windows won't stay up on their own).I always pay my rent on time and never have given them any reason to complain about me, but they just refuse fix these things.

I live in the Brotherhood Apts to. I live on the 41 side. I have never had a problem with any type of pests in the past 5 years of living in my apartment. I have seen some stray cats infesting the area, the only negative. I also had a recent problem with the lady upstairs. She is always causing problems with my ceiling leaking. The new super was great. He came by and fixed everything the same day. He also installed some new fixtures like the showerhead I previously requested.

Tulire is terrible, they also go by brotherhood management (brotherhood of the slumlords maybe). My husband and I have lived in one of there building for two years, we've had bed bugs (as did the rest of the building), cockroaches (which they never spray for, most buildings have someone come once a month for pest control), and latest toxic mold! Don't rent there, if you are already get out if you can.
