Organic Suntan Lotion's SPF Accuracy

US I have noticed that the sunscreen protection factor (SPF) in organic suntan lotions do not seem to be as high as they state. The effectiveness of organic suntan lotions do not seem to be as high as other lotions of equal SPF. If other users have noticed this, please post or send me an email. Thanks.
