ps3 not serviced

playstation 3 sony 919 East Hillsdale Boulevard, 2nd Floor , Foster City, CA 94404 US www.us.playstation.com on august 20th i sent my ps3 to be serviced at sony's facility in Texas.(what a mistake!)I was never notified by e-mail phone or letter advising me the service department could not make out the receipt.fine.on September 1st I sent a fax as they requested.still no one contacted me.now the fax was not good enough.so i sent it again.on September 16th same story with them.no supervisor ever comes to the phone and customer service refuses to transfer me to the actual service department.is there really a service department? it is now September 25th still no news on my ps3. i called customer service and was placed on hold for 41 minutes before a supervisor came to the line.41 minutes? now they're sending the play station back to me unserviced.besides the customer service and the way i was treated even by the supervisor (carla)was completely horrible. this is not fair at all.
