POM (Piece of Manure)

FOR THE RECORD: I filed for an extension to file 2008 federal taxes in March 2009. I went to H&R Block (corporate location at Camp Creek Center) for assistance in filing in late July 2008. My extension was good till Sep 15, 2009. They did not submit my electronic filing till 18 Sep 2009. When I addressed the issue, they said that they would make good on taking care of the late fee and penalty if I had also bought their POM (Peace of Mind) guarantee. They are first class thieves. They charged me $389 to do my taxes and file them. They've lost my business and every soul that I talk to regarding this matter.
