14k gold diamond emerald cut earrings walmart 2799 w. thomas hammond, lo 70401 US walmarts.com In may of 2008 my boyfriend bought me a pair of 14k gold emerald cut diamond stud earrings. He paid $250.00 plus tax for them. After several months but not a year they turned black in my ears and got my ears infected.I took them back to walmarts only to be told I didnt get them there.Sent email and was told to take them back to the store.I did.Again they wouldnt exchange or clean them. This has been going on since march of 2009.I never asked for my money back..just fix them. After several emails phone calls and trips to the store I was told to get a lawyer. We;re out the money plus earrings cant be worn because theyre to ugly. The best part is I took them to a jewelers and he said they werent real to begin with.Real gold doesnt turn black.I have prove they were bought there and it says 14k gold on the box.Walmart is ripping people off left and right and getting away with it.I will go on every site I can find and post this.I even have a magnetic sign on my car saying how walmart ripped me off.All I wanted was an exchasnge or have them cleaned and they refused so I want my money back.
