PHONE BECAME DEFECTIVE. COMPANY SENT ME USED PHONE AFTER WEEKS OF MY COMPLAINING IT DID NOT WORK. I AM HANDICAPPED AND CANNOT GET OUT AND ABOUT TO GO TO A STORE. TOLD I WOULD HAVE A NEW PHONE SENT TO ME. ONE THAT WAS EASY FOR ME TO HANDLE AS A HANDICAP PERSON. PHONE THAT CAME WAS REFURBISHED,IT DID NOT WORK RIGHT. MANAGER WHO SENT IT LIED. SAID IT WOULD BE NEW. SHE WOULD NOT CALL ME BACK AFTER MY LEAING ABOUT 30 CALLS ON HER VOICEMAIL. THEN NEW PERSON SENT ME ANOTHER USED PHONE, IT WAS DEFECTIVE. WHEN I COMPLAINED I WAS TREATED LIKE TRASH, TOLD TOO BAD. TAKE IT OR LEAVE. IT. THEY SAID THEY SENT A NEW PHONE. PHONE HAD SECOND SERIAL NUMBER TAPED IN THE BACK INSIDE. WAS NOT NEW. NEITHER WERE NEW. I SENT ONE BACK. CONTINUED TO GET ABUSE ON THE PHONE, HAD SENT COMPLAINT TO YOU PREVIOUSLY AND THEY WERE PUNISHING ME FOR PUTTING IN A COMPLAINT. EACH PERSON I SPOKE WITH WAS RUDE. ABUSIVE. THEN ONE TURNED MY SERVICE OFF, HANDICAP PERSON AS I AM I NEED MY PHONE. TOOK A DAY TO GET IT BACK ON. CHARGE RECONNECT FEE. CHARGED $5 LATE FEE.I HAVE AUTO BILL WITH CREDIT CARD INFO ON MY ACCOUNT. TOOK A FEW MONTHS TO GET THE $5 REFUNDED. THEY KEPT CHARGING MY VISA FOR IT A FEW TIMES. THEN STRING OF ABUSIVE PEOPLE WOULD NOT GIVE THEIR ID NUMBER, LOCATION ETC. WERE RUDE AND NASTY. AGAIN. PUNISHING ME FOR PUTTING IN COMPLAINT. REFUSAL TO GET SUPERVISOR, EVEN WHEN THEY COULD NOT HELP ME. AFTER LAST COMPLAINT THEY HAVE BEEN RETALIATING. ONE CALLED ME AND THREATENED ME FOR PUTTING IN A COMPLAINT. SAID I WOULD SEE WHAT WILL HAPPEN NOW. WAS SO ABUSIVE AND MEAN. KEEP PUTTING CHARGES ON MY VISA AND MAKING ME CALL THEM TO FIX THIS, KEEPING ME FROM PAYING ONLINE WITH MY VISA CARD, DISCONNECTING ME. THIS IS THE WORST WIRELESS COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD. THEY ARE THE RUDEST PEOPLE AND INCOMPETANT, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND NOT DOING WHAT THEY SAY, AND NOT HONORING THEIR POLICY, AFTER 3 PHONES NOT WORKING RIGHT YOU GET A NEW ONE. I HAVE TO FIND A NEW WIRELESS COMPANY BEFORE I SHUT THIS SERVICE DOWN. I AM LOOKING NOW. I AM SICK OF THE ABUSE AND ARROGANT AND RUDE EMPLOYEES.
