AVG Internet security is no security

On Monday, Sept 21, I ordered what was thought to be a download of antivirus software. I paid $39.99 which was taken out of my account faster than an arschgeschicht can say dollar. The following day, I get an email telling me I will wait to get another email giving me a 'key'. If I dont get that email, I am to contact my server and make arrangements for the email to get through. WHAT?!?

I never did get that email. And I'll be damned if I'm going to contact my server when the first emails sure made it through just fine.

I then complain and get an email giving me the address for downloading. After the download, which I had to do twice because it kept stopping and not responding, then, I get a code box that says "ID and password"

WHAT NOW??? I never did find out.

Why so much confusion about a darn download? Why should I have had to write to get the download link?

AVG, your left hand doesn't know your right hand, and both hands apparently are too busy taking money to notice.

I want my money back.
