To whom it may concern: Hello I am Brenda Beckett and I have receive a phone call today from a book club that says that i receive some book I never order . They asume I receive the books and they were really disrespectful on the phone to me . I do not need any stress from something I have never receive, I have a heart condition and it s worst than I thought . The representative from this book club Guild was really aggressive on the phone instead of being proffecional I do not think they should employee working if they are aggressive as she was . When I explain to her like 2 to 3 times that I have never receive any books or order any . If I had I would have knowledge first . Insted I explain to her she turn aggresive please I suggest that it is fix propertly . Find another employee that has matters and respect others .
