Event Tickets FriendlyTickets 1011 Santa Clara Lane Petaluma, CA 94954 US www.FriendlyTickets.com **********SCAM ARTIST!!!********** My company received a phone call from Mr. David Prandi from Friendly Tickets, asking us to help him resolve a fraud issue with an electronic concert ticket. We are also a ticket broker company registered with the same network as they are. The fraud complaint he had was that someone he bought a set of tickets from, he believed had been altered electronically, and needed our help to verify this. Since we are both with the same network we have our entire inventory where he can see it, and contact us. Basically after a few phone calls, and investigating it turns out, that it was he himself who had altered the tickets and needed to see ours to make sure he had it look right. I have made a complaint myself to the BBB. So BEWARE of buying tickets from this company, you may be paying for what you think is a premium ticket, but in actuality it is a crap upper level nose bleed ticket. Let me know if you have ever had problems with this company or E-Tickets from them. He sold me tickets, then later tells me that the were no longer valid. I think he sold them to someone else for a higher price. Left me out in the cold on the day of the game. David Prandi is a complete jackass, and total scammer. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH HIM! I guess Coke doesn't like Pepsi. And low class brokers don't like the best. I used friendly tickets.com to buy all my seats. they are honest, the best prices and will even tell me to wait as their prices will come down. I checked the BBB.Org website and they have had 1 resolved complaint over 11 years. Interesting how this complainer doesn't say which company he works for. These guys are legitimate. I picked up my tickets in person the first time as the concert was the next day and I had to bring them cash. I met this guy named David that showed me their small business operations in Petaluma and I was amazed. I purchased tickets recently from them with no problem. Michael T. I decided to call my friend who referred me to this company. My friend gave me their phone number and told me she has bought tickets from their company more than 40 times and have never had a problem. So I trusted her, called and bought my tickets. Their service was A+ and my wife and I had a wonderful time sitting in the front row of a sold out concert. He was able to waive shipping and emailed me the tickets. So I think someone may be just trying to compete with their service. The company has since sold us 2 more concerts and has showed me how to save hundreds of dollars by using their service. Just figured you should call them directly and the owners have been in business for 10+ years.
