Direct TV overcharging -false representation

US Tha sales rep promised a bottom line price of $45. I ordered the service and after the first month, the service was turned off for non-payment and I got a bill for $261. When I called to question why the bill was so high, I was told that the coupons that would bring my cost down had not gone into effect and would not be taken off my bill for 90 days. I told them to cancel the service and send me a final bill. They did not mail me a bill, instead they charged our credit card with a $546 cancellation charge and refused to even reduce the amount by the coupon offers that they had used to entice me to join. They claimed that because i was no longer a customer that the coupons were voided. I have talked to them but they will not budge and they took the last available funds that we had been keeping to cover any emergency. They are a lying heartless business and ready to cheat you every way that they can.
