Very Poor AT&T Customer Service

Nokia 6555 cell phone AT&T US AT&T sells phones that will not last half the length of the contract-send refurbished replacements that won't last 3 months. Then send another replacement that is NOT 3G and will not work in our area. The customer service makes suggestions that will only cost the consumer MORE money.
