PETCO REBATE OFFER

I submitted all the required forms for a rebate of the price of a 5 lb. bag of their dog food on a rebate offer in June, 2009. I have never received my rebate. I would not have purchased the food as it is expensive, but the rebate tempted me. Apparently it was one of those "gotcha's" and in the future I will never fall for this again.
