Cheating & False Promise

I got a call from one guy called Anbu from Flexi Deal membership. He told that they organize trips in India, and other places also, and also arrange movie tickets, and amusement park tickets and their card can be used in many outlets.

Actually, I was looking for a trip to Thailand. Anbu said that they can arrange trip to Thailand. I visited their company in Chennai, and Anbu promised that he will arrange the trip for me, but I should pay Rs 16000/- (Rs 4000/- extra than the other normal membership) I agreed for that and paid the money.

I was unable to give my Address proof xerox. He told that he will collect my address proof and photo. After that, I never got a call from Anbu (or) his colleagues. After lot of attempts from my side I managed to speak to Anbu finally once, for which he responded that he will come and collect my Address proof and photo. It has been more than 2 weeks now, he is yet to collect these from me. Also, no progress on the arrangements on my trip to Thailand.

They also promised me a DVD player/ iPOD and Fastrack glasses - nothing is received yet. No response even when I contact their office phone number. I was able to speak to a person called Deepan and Raj Felix. They said that they will take care, but after that no response and I'm still waiting to hear from them.

People please beware of this membership and stay away.

How can I get back my money? Please suggest.

I have paid for the membership money @ Rs.10,000 on 1st Aug'10 (Receipt No:216)for the following address,

472, \B IInd Floor, Annasalai, Nandanan, Chennai-35.

Now i surprised that there is no person available at the above mentioned address. Now i want to know the status of my membership & who is the contact person. Pls matter is most urgent & reply me as soon as possible.
